4TH QUARTER SPORTS LEAGUE

Mississippi Top Prospects is a girls basketball program built to identify, develop, and expose elite talent especially for athletes whose dreams are bigger than their resources. Mississippi consistently ranks among the states with the highest poverty rates in the nation, with nearly 19% of residents living below the poverty line. For many families, the cost of opportunity is simply too high.
Nearly 62% of the players we serve come from families who have the talent, work ethic, and ambition to compete at the highest level—but not the financial means. The rising costs of transportation, hotels, and travel to NCAA-licensed tournaments often create barriers that have nothing to do with ability. Mississippi Top Prospects exists to close that gap.
Our mission is to ensure that financial hardship does not determine athletic destiny. We provide high-level training, competitive exposure, and access to college recruiters while advocating for players who deserve to be seen. At Mississippi Top Prospects, we don’t just build basketball players—we create pathways, open doors, and help young women turn potential into possibility.

The Girls Rise provides elite travel teams with a league-style circuit at the 17U, 16U and 15U levels. The teams participate in 10 regular season games that transition into a 32-team, single-elimination championship bracket at the UAA Finals in July, to crown the Rise Champions
